Meet the Peters Family,

Tim and Jaymie Peters are serving as the pastoral couple at Christian Fellowship Church, or CFC. Tim takes the responsibility as Pastor and is blessed to have Jaymie as the church’s Administrative Assistant. The Peters have been serving at CFC for the past 3 years and have enjoyed seeing how God has worked through the people within the community.

Tim and Jaymie met at Bethany Bible college in Hepburn Saskatchewan when Tim was in his second year and Jaymie was in her first year of school. Tim went on to complete his four-year BA in Pastoral Ministries, while Jaymie finisher a two-year diploma in Biblical Studies. After school, Tim and Jaymie married before moving to Saskatoon. It was in Saskatoon that the Peters had their eldest child, Silas, and later while living in Lanigan they added two more, Leeland and Cambria.

The Peters family favorite hobbies keep them busy and often sports related. Jaymie enjoys playing and coaching volleyball, growing and making flower arrangements, and finding projects for Tim to build while Tim enjoys playing soccer and hockey. Tim also has taken up the hobby of gardening and enjoys working with plants while listening to a good podcast. Silas’ (5 years old) favorite activities include Lego and he is excited to be in kindergarten this year and can’t wait for Daddy to build the ice rink in the winter. Leeland (3 years old) enjoys fighting with Daddy, playing in the sandbox and making messes, while Cambria (1 year old) most enjoys being bounced on the trampoline by her two brothers, and brief cuddles with mommy until she is on the move to the next thing.
